Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Fees:
・Cancellations made three days prior to the tour date: 100% of the estimated fee
・Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
・No cancellation fee will be charged if the service is cancelled due to severe weather conditions (e.g., typhoon warning) where safe operation is not possible.
・For changes to your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.

“If you could do it, I could ask you with peace of mind.” Those words changed my life.

When I was working in home visit rehabilitation, there was a person with limited mobility who wanted to go to the hospital, but the care taxi was always fully booked. On days when we couldn't make it to the hospital appointment on time and had to say, “Let's try again next time,” I felt frustrated and regretful.

One day, a familiar client said to me, “If you could do it, I could move around without any trouble.” Those words gave me the push I needed.

Of course, I was nervous. Safely lowering someone in a wheelchair from an apartment with stairs is no easy task. But if no one does it, they can't go where they want to go. Faced with that reality, I made up my mind.

Under the strong Okinawan sun, I sweat as I descend the stairs one step at a time. I talk to them and stay close to them, simply to fulfill their desire to go where they want to go. That is my starting point.

Now, in addition to transporting people to and from hospitals, I am also focusing on sightseeing.
I want people who have given up on traveling to experience the beautiful scenery and warm people of Okinawa. There are many places that can be enjoyed even in a wheelchair.

Starting from Naha Airport, we visit Sesoko Island with its pleasant sea breeze, the bustling American Village, and barrier-free cafes and observation decks where you can visit with peace of mind.

CoCoR Care Taxi is not just a means of transportation. Even with the challenge of a wheelchair, you can go anywhere. I do this work to deliver that hope.

Even if there are stairs or steps, just give me a call and it’ll be fine. I have the ability to handle both assistance and driving on my own. Of course, safe and secure transportation is a priority, but I also want to deliver peace of mind.

“I wanted to help people like me who are struggling.” That’s why I’m doing this job now.
